As of September 2018, Flippin’ Out Gymnastics has NO membership fees! If your child is enrolled in one of our programs we consider them FAMILY.
Registration is now online. When setting up your personal account please be sure to use a working email and phone number. A valid credit card must be on file. Please be sure when registering for classes to make sure you are choosing the right class and location. If you have an issue using our online system please call or email us.
Tuition is due at the time of registration. If your card on file is declined there will be an additional $20 fee. We do not accept credit cards in the facility however, cash and checks are accepted. If a check is returned by the bank there is a $35 charge.
Note: Payments are now automatic at the time of registration for all Flippin’ Out members. If you are new to our facility please make sure you finish registration by completing your parent portal and completing payment prior to your first class.
Flippin’ Out Gymnastics does not reimburse tuition unless there is a Doctors Note made available.
Flippin’ Out Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment needed or for other good causes. You will be notified of these cancelations prior to the first class date and will be offered a full refund or transfer to another class if available.
While we may be able to arrange make-up classes and will do so whenever possible; In order to maintain our low student-teacher ratio, we are unable to place children in other full classes for make-ups. There will be no refunds, credits or pro-rating for missed classes. All make up options will be listed on your parent portal once you have marked your student absent. If you are having trouble marking an absence or scheduling a make up please email or call the office. There is a 2 make up limit per 6 week session. Students must be marked absent PRIOR to scheduling a make up. Make up classes may not be carried over to the next session. Please be sure to schedule the make-up class as walk-ins are not guaranteed.
Flippin’ Out Gymnastics has on-going enrollment. If you decide to start during a session we would pro-rate the remaining classes. We will only pro-rate classes if you start in the middle of a session.
If your child needs to drop out of the current session please contact Flippin’ Out Gymnastics as soon as you can. The classes have limited numbers and many have waiting lists. Refunds are not available for unattended classes.
Incase of inclement weather, please check your email, the website, social media or call the office (978-674-8449) to verify whether classes have been cancelled due to inclement weather. A message will be left on our machine IF classes have been cancelled. These classes will not be rescheduled nor will credit be given unless excessive cancellations occur within one session. While everyone’s safety is our first priority, every attempt will be made to hold classes as scheduled. Cancelations for Open Play and Open Gym on Fridays will be emailed to anyone registered and posted on social media. Please check our instagram page for any closures / current updates.
Due to safety reasons unless it is a Flip With Me classes parents are not allowed inside the gymnastics area.
Classes are first come, first serve. Our classes fill quickly so please register as soon as registration opens to secure your spot. Please place yourself on the waitlist if you are unable to get a spot in the class you desire. We can not promise to accommodate class changes - please double check you are registering for the correct class.
Dress Code: No shoes and bare feet works best. If long hair tied back and out of face. No dangling jewelry. No gum. Girls- leotard or shirt & shorts (nothing too baggy). Boys- shirt & shorts (not too baggy).
Covid credit from March 2020 will expire March 2022. Flippin’ Out Gymnastics opened back up as of July 2020 and classes have been running as normal since.
