Preschool Gymnastics-

Flip Big: ages 5 & 6
Our preschool curriculum focuses on teaching preschool basic gymnastics skills while reinforcing independence and confidence. Your child will rotate through bars, beam and floor on our special equipment for just preschoolers.

Gymnastics-
Ages 6+
Designed for school age children to develop beginner/intermediate/advanced gymnastic skills on floor, balance beam, bars, and vaulting mats. Each child will progress at their own pace, being challenged, spotted and encouraged by our professional instructors.

Tumbling-
Ages 6+
The Tumbling Program focuses on the floor apparatus and trampoline work. Each class will include stretching, cardio, conditioning, line drills and floor stations. Each class will incorporate strength and flexibility as it is an important key to safety and skill progression.

Parkour-
Ages 6+
Parkour is an athletic training discipline or sport in which practitioners attempt to get from point A to point B while performing artistic-gymnastic maneuvers.
